The main goal of the proposed Civil Engineering is to provide a well-integrated program that gives the student the opportunity to develop the proficiency necessary for a successful, professional career in construction.

To supply the graduates with the necessary knowledge of utilizing and managing resources creatively through effective analysis and interpretation. To control the impact that the construction engineering has on society from an environmental, economic, social and cultural points of view.

Management of project recourses, risk, safety is essential knowledge for structure engineers.  Planning and managing diverse engineering projects by applying their management, scheduling, intellectual, leadership and professional skills and innovative cost-effective solutions to develop serval infrastructure problems.
