Mechatronics

Coordinator

It is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to each of you as the Coordinator of the Mechatronics Department.

Mechatronics is a field that seamlessly integrates various engineering disciplines of mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control engineering., creating a space for cutting-edge research and groundbreaking projects.

Our dedicated team of faculty members and staff are here to guide you, offering expertise and mentorship to help you excel in your studies and research endeavors. The Mechatronics Department is not just about acquiring knowledge; it's about fostering a mindset of curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on exploration.

we Take advantage of the resources at your disposal, engage in discussions, and embrace the opportunities for practical learning. Whether you are passionate about robotics, automation, or control systems. and actively participate in departmental activities, student organizations, and research projects.

I am excited to witness your achievements and successes in the coming years. Welcome to the Mechatronics Department.

The program will recognize graduates in the education of Mechanical engineering through excellence and innovation to serve the scientific and engineering needs. Its graduates will attain prominence in industry, government service, and academia. This will be achieved by a balance of formal course work, practical laboratory training, and research projects.

The main objective of the " Mechatronics Engineering" program at the "Faculty of Engineering" in " Modern University for Technology and Information " are to equip the student with the proper scientific knowledge and develop his/her skills to:

PA1. Takee a leading role in the professional practice on the scale of national,

regional and international Mechatronics engineering field, and to

communicate and work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.

PA2. Adopt a holistic problem-solving approach for complex, ambiguous, and

open-ended challenges and scenarios in the Mechatronics engineering field.

PA3. Exhibit a potential for higher education and research, as well as the ability to

         promote and sustain entrepreneurial ventures.

PA4. Demonstrate the the capacity of critical thinking, creativity, lifelong learning,

         self-develoment.

PA5. Compelled to challenge critical global issues through holding responsibility

of the built environment, responding to societal needs, and conserving natural

resources, and display professional and ethical responsibilities, and

         contextual understanding.

PA6. Identify, formulatee, and solvee fundamental engineering problems.

The graduates of this program should be able to:
