Role
of Training Programs in Developing Administrative Performance and Achieving
Institutional Excellence at the Faculty of Pharmacy
In fact, the Faculty of Pharmacy’s
success is not a spur of the moment achievment, but it is the fruit of the dedicated
team integrated efforts, who are devotedly working unnoticed to create such an
ideal educational and organizational environment.
So, as part of the University's firm
commitment to enhancing and developing the skills and capabilities of its
administrative staff, thereby elevating
institutional performance and supporting the Faculty's academic pursuit towards
improvimg quality assurance and excellence, the University conducted a series
of training programs, and provided all
necessary resources to ensure these programs were delivered at the highest
standards.
This was acheived through highly-equipped
lecture halls and several advanced learning and training tools, with the aim of
maximuzing the benefits of the training programs and effectively applying their
outcomes in the workplace.
Accoringly, in recognition of
these efforts, the Faculty of Pharmacy held a ceremony to honor a group of its outstanding administrative
staff members, and award them the
programs certifictes that are certfied
by the University's Training and Continuing Education Center.
The
training covered the following crucial topics:
1. Managing Educational
Institutions according to the Quality Assurance Requirements.
2. Developing Administrative
Skills.
3. Modern Approaches to Risk and
Crisis Management.
The
ceremony was attended by the following University leaders, who awarded the
certificates:
