Within the framework of the
cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
and Modern University for Technology and Information (MTI), the teaching
assistants and staff members from the Faculties of Management and Business
Intelligence, Mass Communication, and Computers and Artificial Intelligence
participated in the "Leader Makers – Leadership and Effective
Communication Skills" program.
The program was organized by Helwan
Institute for Leadership Development from August 2nd to 5th,
2026.
The program was launched in order to
implement the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's strategy
to prepare academic staff equipped with leadership and professional skills, and
to strengthen their capacities to keep up with the rapid developments that the
higher education filed is witnessing.
The participating staff attended an
educational seminar entitled "The Power of a Positive Personality"
- on the sidelines of the event - along with a series of specialized lectures
and workshops covering several crucial topics, including:

Leadership
and effective communication skills.

Cybersecurity
and information protection.
·
International
publication of scientific research.
·
Teaching
strategies using AI tools.
·
Developing
public speaking skills and building leadership character.
Accordingly, MTI University is
committed to investing in the development of its academic staff's capabilities

This commitment contributes to
preparing University leaders capable of continuing the sustainable progress and
