Modern University for Technology & Information (MTI) is always committed to maintaining full transparency with its students and their parents. In light of some recent inquiries and discussions regarding tuition fees, the University would like to clarify the following:

First: No Increase in Basic Tuition Fees

The University confirms that the basic tuition fee remains fixed for each student from the time of enrollment until graduation and is not subject to any increase throughout the student’s years of study. This reflects the University’s commitment to every family that placed its trust in MTI from the very beginning.

Second: Regarding the Reported Increases

The increases that have been discussed do not relate to the basic tuition fees in any way. Rather, they concern certain administrative fees, in addition to fees allocated to funds established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

These fees are centrally determined by the Ministry and are applied across Egyptian universities in accordance with the ministerial regulations and decisions governing this matter. They are not a unilateral decision by the University and are not included in the calculation of the fixed basic tuition fees.

• The University also clarifies that there are electronic payment processing fees that some students may have noticed. These fees are collected by the bank in return for providing electronic payment services.

• The University is currently studying additional payment facilities and arrangements to make payment easier and more convenient for our students.

Third: The University’s Commitment

Modern University for Technology & Information (MTI) reaffirms its full commitment to the principle of transparency in all matters related to students’ financial affairs. The University further confirms that it will continue to apply the same fixed tuition-fee policy to all currently enrolled cohorts until their full graduation.
