The Faculty of Management and Business
Intelligence, MTI University received its first-year students and their
parents.
Upon the directions of Prof.
Gamal Khattab, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Business Intelligence,
the Faculty launched the events of the orientation day for the first-year
students and their esteemed parents, for the academic year 2026/2027, on
Monday, September 21st, 2026, with the notable participation of the
Faculty staff members and teaching assistants.
This orientation meeting was held
with the aim of providing the students with more information about the University
in general, and the Faculty’s regulations and activities, in particular. The
events also aimed at elevating the students’ senses of belonging, and academic
identity, preparing them on both the academic and psychological levels for this
significant transition from pre-University education to University life, and
encouraging them to effective communication with the Faculty staff members and
administrative body.
The welcome ceremony featured the
speeches of the Faculty Dean, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental
Affairs, and Vice Dean of Student and Education Affairs, in addition to the
speeches of the Heads of Departments so as to introduce the students to the
Faculty departments, and various academic programs.
A demonstration
of the student activities and participation requirements was delivered on the
side line of the events. Additionally, a special part of this meeting was
designated to respond to the queries of the students’ parents, followed by an
orientation tour within the University campus accompanied by the concerned
academic advisors to view and examine the lecture halls, library, laboratories,
the Student Affairs Office, the Clinic, and the students’ activities.
At the end of
this exceptional day, the Faculty wished all its students a distinguished and
successful academic year and a promising academic start filled with excellence,
innovation, and achievement.
