Modern University for Technology and Information (MTI)
announces the official launch of the first Students’ Innovation and Research -Support
Branch IEEE within the University’s main campus. This launch contributes to the
enhancement of the University students’ roles in the fields of innovation,
technological and engineering skills development, and scientific research
upgrade.
MTI’s
administration asserts that opening this branch is in accordance with the University’s
vision and inclination towards the creation of a comprehensive academic
environment, aiding the preparation of professional engineers who are able to
cope with the expedient technological developments along with transferring ideas
into actual projects. Furthermore, the administration emphasizes that this
branch represents an integrated platform, combining the student’s activities
and events which are part of a world academic community.
Thus, MTI’s administration encourages its students to
follow up on the current activities of this branch and join any future events,
allowing them to extensively engage in the practical learning process and
acquire unique experiences within an academic community that pursues excellence
and creativity.
The inauguration of the IEEE Branch was
held under the auspices of Prof. Reham
Momtaz, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
