Preparations are underway at the Faculty of
Nursing, MTI University, ahead of the upcoming visit for the renewal of its
academic accreditation and promotion of the culture of quality assurance.
As part of these preparations, a scientific
lecture entitled "Disseminating the Culture of Quality"
was held in the presence of the
Faculty's members, and assisting staff at the meeting hall, on April 26th
, 2026, marking the participation of Prof. Hoda Zaki, Dean of the Faculty and
Chairwoman of the Quality Assurance Unit.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. Tanazor
Abdelhamid to shed more light on the importance of reinforcing the concepts of
Comprehensive Quality within educational institutions. Prof. Abdelhamid
highlighted the major role of the staff members and assisting staff in
achieving the Faculty's accreditation criteria and guaranteeing a sustainable
development.
Due consideration was given to the most
important requirements of quality assurance on the practical, educational, and
research levels, in addition to the measures for their effective fulfillment,
while stressing the necessity for team work, and integration of all aspects of
the educational process for the promotion of institutional excellence.
The attendees productively interacted by
posing inquiries, and engaging in comprehensive discussions, which asserts the
participants awareness of the quality assurance importance, and their commitment
to upgrading the academic performance, in a way that meets the accreditation
criteria and contributes to the elevation of the Faculty's academic status.
