The Department of Basic Sciences at
the Faculty of Physical Therapy, MTI University concludes the events of the
fifth and last day of the First Students’ Training Summer Camp.
A remarkable lecture entitled “Therapeutic Exercise Prescription” was held and delivered by Dr. Ayman Moustafa, Assistant
Lecturer at the Department, on
the sidelines of the camp’s last day.
Dr. Moustafa introduced the
basic principles of Therapeutic Exercise Prescription, and provided the students with a
detailed illustration on the know-hows of designing safe and effective exercises
programs which meet the needs of every patient.
The
lecture also addressed the ways depending on which these exercises are best
chosen according to the diagnosis of the patient’s cases.
By
attending this lecture, students were able to integrate both theory and
practice in the field of Physiotherapeutic Practices, which reinforces their
readiness and abilities to handle any different future cases.
