Prof. Gamal Khattab launches the Opening Session of the Faculty of Management and Business Intelligence's First Scientific Conference

Within the framework of the events of the First Scientific Conference ("DTCI 2026") of the Faculty of Management and Business Intelligence, Modern University for Technology and Information (MTI), on "Digital Transformation & Competitive Intelligence in Financial and Business Organizations", Prof. Gamal Khattab, Dean of the Faculty delivered a remarkable welcome address.  

Prof. Khattab expressed his utmost pride and honor to be addressing such an exceptional audience, including a host of pioneer scientists and scholars. The Dean of the Faculty pointed out that this conference serves as a crucial opportunity for knowledge sharing and effective discussions about the latest scientific developments. This contributes in shaping a more developed and innovative future.

He also emphasized that many of the business fields are undergoing rapid and drastic transformations, the most significant of which is the Digital Transformation field that has become of the highest priority, especially in Business and Finance. This is thanks to its key role in reshaping the business environment, enhancing the financial and accounting transactions, promoting data accuracy, facilitating speedy decision-making, and supporting the transparency and governance principles. 

Prof. Khattab also highlighted the importance of harnessing the technologies of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, and Intelligent Systems for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
